Honda Civic FD2 Dyno Result With HKS V-Pro and Camcon H
Finally the long wait, after so much time and money spend. Here is present my dyno result of my JDM Honda Civic FD2.

Some people judge a car by doing test drive, some judge their money spend on a dyno chart to justified their money spend. For me, dyno chart is just an indication, like my tuner told me, higher hp and torque doesn’t always represent much if the driver don’t know how to handle and adapt to it. Right now I am in a mood to fall in love with my new ride.
Back to the dyno chart, I am actually very happy with the result, as I only expecting 180-190hp and will be very happy about it.
Anyway I am a not tech person who is still learn very much. So please pardon me if I say anything wrong.
About this dyno chart.
Tuner VisWork – Anthony Hong
ECU used HKS V Pro Version 3.1 with Camcon H
Camcon A/F function was not used at all.

Thanks to VisWork and Anthony Hong my tuner! Even though my car is their first 2006 Civic FD2 to be tuned with HKS V Pro, they still exercise their vast amount of tuning knowledge and breakthrough all difficulties to get my ride on the dyno machine. The process was not simple as some tuner might say ” why need so long”, just some sour grape saying etc, but they forgotten when they just started tuning a new car with new wiring, with new pin out diagram etc, didn’t they spend many sleepless night too. Furthermore, I can’t believe tuner who don’t understand or can’t tune HKS ECU are thick skin enough to say that.
Will post more picture about they dyno process soon. Been very busy with work so still can’t find time to process the photos and upload it here yet.

I saw you using F-con version 3.1 for the FD2. On the HKS website however it said K20A required veresion 3.12 or above.
Did you have any trouble using the F-con? I have also bought a version 3.1 planning to use it on a Euro R and I’m worried about compatibility.

It is not as easy to install 3.1 But nothing is impossible, it all depend on your tuner, really. Whether your tuner dare to take the challenge and complete the tuning. HKS website is correct only with all their direct bolt on parts I guess. For me, I am using a universal harness so lots of trouble there too. Now thinking of demod, another big headache. But less the above, I love my ride, and FCON V PRO eventhough a bit over kill for my NA ( non Type R even) it still pushed my car to its best performance many other ECU cant.
