Getting ready to custom make a new battery tray.

Temporary mock up tray done.

Custom tray was made in 4 hours after much wielding and cutting. That is the best and further the battery can go without too much complicated modification.

Customised short ram intake. Perfect position. Not block and air is coming in at high speed.

New Simota Breather intake, since it is too far to connect back into the new intake system.

New frame was made for my radiator reservoir.

New location for my Bellon Mugen VX

Final product after a long half day. Finished the installation by 10pm late night.

All my stock honda air box out.

My RBC intake manifold, injen short ram and samco hoses.

Stock intake manifold out. There are 2 pieces and with long runner.

My new RBC Intake Manifold in with the gasket which I ordered from USA. Cheaper than Hondata Gasket.

New Throttle body gasket, it is a must to get for upgrading of intake manifold to RBC IM for Honda Civic Si 2006 FD2.

With my new injen short ram intake.

Hmm.. didn’t understand why injen make the filter facing inwards. That is a bad position to me. No cold air and worse air is drained out at high speed below the filter.
